Who can buy from Power Peptides Canada?
Our products are sold to adults 18 or older for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or animal consumption.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. You can also create an account, at checkout or any time from the account icon at the top of the page, to see your orders, add payment proof and save your address.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Every product is sold as a box of 10 vials or as a single vial, and you can order just one.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
How do I pay?
We accept Bitcoin (BTC) only. At checkout you will see the amount due and our BTC address. Send the exact amount, then add a screenshot of the transaction or the transaction hash so we can match your payment.
How long do I have to pay?
You have 36 hours after placing your order to send payment and add your proof of payment. You can add it at checkout, or later from your order page or your account. Orders that are not paid within 36 hours are cancelled automatically.
When is my order confirmed?
After you add your proof of payment, we check it and confirm your order within 24 hours. You get an email at each step: order received, proof of payment received, order confirmed, and order shipped with your tracking number.
Where do you ship?
We ship within Canada only, from our Canadian warehouse.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat $40 CAD per order, and free on orders over $500 CAD.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship on the next business day after your payment is confirmed. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship by Canada Post or UPS. A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships, so please make sure your email address is correct.
Can I return an order or get a refund?

Where can I find the lab report for my product?
Every lot has its own certificate of analysis on our Lab Reports page. Search for the lot number printed on your vial label.
What does the peptide calculator do?
The peptide calculator works out the concentration after reconstitution and the matching reading on a U-100 syringe. It performs arithmetic only, for laboratory research use.

Where we ship
We ship within Canada only. Every order leaves our Canadian warehouse, so there is no border crossing or customs.
Carriers
Orders ship by Canada Post or UPS. A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships.
Shipping cost
A flat rate of $40 CAD per order. Orders over $500 CAD ship free. There is no minimum order.

Reconstituting a lyophilized peptide
Preparing a vial for laboratory research
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are dissolved in a diluent before use in the lab, most often bacteriostatic water.
- Let the sealed vial reach room temperature before opening to limit condensation.
- Wipe the rubber stopper of the peptide vial and the diluent vial with an alcohol swab.
- Draw the planned volume of diluent with a sterile syringe.
- Insert the needle and let the diluent run slowly down the inside wall of the vial, not directly onto the powder.
- Swirl gently until the powder has fully dissolved. Do not shake.
- Label the vial with the date and the concentration.
Use the Peptide Calc to work out the concentration and the matching reading on a U-100 syringe.
Storage and handling
Keeping research material stable
- Unopened, lyophilized: store in a freezer at −20 °C, protected from light and moisture.
- After reconstitution: keep refrigerated at 2–8 °C.
- Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Keep vials sealed and upright, and handle them with clean gloves.

How to read a certificate of analysis
What each result on a COA means
- Lot number: must match the lot printed on your vial label.
- Purity (RP-HPLC): the share of the sample that is the target peptide.
- Identity (MS): mass spectrometry confirms the molecule is the correct one.
- Endotoxin: the level of bacterial endotoxin measured in the sample.
- Testing lab and date: who tested the lot and when.
